Possible Reasons Why The Product Has Not Been Shipped

• Need to stock:

• The free shipping policy applies to all products on our Wengqi(note: except for installation tools). And includes customers from all countries and regions. Should I Need To Pay Taxes and Duties?

• We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. Wengqi can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
• If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.
• Customs in some countries require registered importers to provide special certification before releasing the goods. You may need to provide an ID code, such as a passport, ID card, etc.

What Should I Do If My Package Is Lost?

• According to the shipping policy, this means that the person responsible for lost or damaged items lies with the carrier.
• If your package is shown as delivered to the destination but you cannot find him, please locate your package within 24 hours in several ways.
• Check if your delivery address is correct.

Cancellations

• Cancellation before payment. If you have not yet paid, you do not need to contact our staff to cancel.
• Cancellation after payment. If you have already decided to cancel your order, please contact our staff as soon as possible, because once the normal shipping starts, the order will not be cancelled. If you just have some questions about the order or the product, please contact our staff and suspend the packing first to answer for you.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been sent out.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after delivery the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.We have a designated return address, please email our Customer service at JenniOlinR@gmail.com to make sure you send the package to the right address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
